Our Approach
We don't offer refunds on paid plans. Instead, we give you a free plan – 5 QR codes, unlimited scans, and analytics on the first 1,000 scans per month, forever, with no credit card required. Try everything you need on the free plan before you upgrade. That's the best way to know the product is right for you.
All Purchases Are Final
All payments for Starter, Pro, and Lifetime plans are final and non-refundable. This applies to initial purchases, renewals, and upgrades.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel your plan, it remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. Your existing QR codes keep working – on every plan, including Free. That's our Anti-Trap Guarantee.
Exceptions
We'll make things right in two situations:
- Service failures. If a technical problem on our end prevents the Service from working as described, contact us at hi@eternalqr.app and we'll resolve it.
- Statutory rights. If consumer protection law in your jurisdiction (for example, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services in the EU and UK) grants you a refund right we haven't offered above, that law takes precedence over this policy.
