7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans, including Starter, Pro, and Lifetime purchases. If you are not satisfied with the Service for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at hi@eternalqr.app with the following information:
- The email address associated with your Eternal QR account.
- Your LemonSqueezy order or subscription ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).
- A brief reason for the refund (optional, but helps us improve).
Processing Time
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, LemonSqueezy. Once approved, refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
Eligibility & Conditions
- Refund requests must be made within 7 days of the original purchase or most recent renewal date.
- Each plan is eligible for one refund per 12-month period. If you purchase the same plan again after receiving a refund, subsequent refund requests within that 12-month window may be declined.
- Accounts terminated for violations of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy are not eligible for refunds.
Lifetime Purchases
Lifetime deals are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase. After 7 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
What Happens After a Refund
- Your account reverts to the Free plan (5 QR codes, 1,000 tracked scans per month).
- All existing QR codes continue to redirect normally — they never stop working.
- Analytics tracking continues up to the Free plan's scan limit.
- If you have more QR codes than the Free plan allows, you will not be able to create new ones but existing codes remain active.
