Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Eternal QR ("the Service"), operated by Vempus Technologies Private Limited, Koraput, Odisha, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Service Description

Eternal QR is a dynamic QR code platform. You can create QR codes that permanently link to a short URL, then change the destination URL at any time. The Service also records scan analytics (timestamp, country, device type, referrer, and IP address) so you can see how your QR codes are being used.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

Your Account

  • Accounts are created via Google OAuth. You may only maintain one account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must not share your session or allow others to access the Service through your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Redirect to phishing pages, malware, or any harmful content.
  • Distribute illegal material or content that violates the rights of others.
  • Impersonate another person, brand, or organisation.
  • Create redirect loops, link farms, or use automated tools for bulk link creation.
  • Distribute QR codes designed to deceive or mislead people about their destination.

QR Codes & Printed Materials

QR codes generated by the Service depend on the availability of our servers to redirect scans. If you print a QR code on physical materials (business cards, packaging, signage, etc.), you acknowledge that:

  • The QR code will stop working if the link is deleted, deactivated, expired, or if the Service is unavailable.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the redirect service.
  • We are not liable for any costs, losses, or inconvenience resulting from printed QR codes that stop functioning.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, code, and branding are the property of Vempus Technologies Private Limited. You retain all rights to the URLs and content you link to through the Service. We claim no ownership over your destination URLs or the content they point to.

Plans & Pricing

The Service is available in the following tiers:

  • Free: 5 QR codes, 1,000 tracked scans per month.
  • Starter: $5/month or $48/year. 50 QR codes, 25,000 tracked scans per month.
  • Pro: $15/month or $144/year. Unlimited QR codes, unlimited tracked scans.
  • Lifetime: $89 one-time payment. Starter-tier limits (50 QR codes, 25,000 tracked scans per month) with no recurring fees.

When you reach your plan's QR code limit, you cannot create new codes until you upgrade or remove existing ones. When you reach your scan tracking limit, your QR codes continue to redirect normally — only analytics collection pauses until the next calendar month or until you upgrade. We call this the Anti-Trap Guarantee: your QR codes never stop working, regardless of your plan.

We may adjust pricing with at least 30 days' notice. Existing subscriptions are honoured at their current rate until the next renewal date.

Billing & Payment

  • All payments are processed by LemonSqueezy, which acts as our merchant of record. Your purchase is subject to LemonSqueezy's Terms of Service.
  • Subscriptions (Starter and Pro) automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • If a renewal payment fails, LemonSqueezy will retry up to four times over approximately two weeks. If all retries fail, the subscription expires and your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • We do not store your payment card information. All payment data is processed and stored securely by LemonSqueezy.
  • Transaction receipts are sent by LemonSqueezy to the email address associated with your account.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are unsatisfied, request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing hi@eternalqr.app.
  • Lifetime purchases are refundable within 7 days of purchase.
  • No refund will be issued for accounts terminated due to violations of these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Service Continuity

We are committed to keeping your QR codes functional:

  • QR codes continue redirecting on all plans, including Free and after cancellation or downgrade.
  • If you downgrade or cancel, existing QR codes remain active. Analytics tracking continues up to your new plan's scan limit.
  • If you delete your account, all associated QR codes permanently stop redirecting and all data is erased.

Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. This permanently removes all your links, scan data, and profile information.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.
  • Upon termination, all associated QR codes will stop redirecting.
  • If your account is terminated for policy violations while on a paid plan, no refund will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vempus Technologies Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. This includes, without limitation, damages arising from printed QR codes that cease to function, service downtime, or account termination.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Koraput, Odisha, India.
